Download hopster from http://www.bypass-firewall.com/HopsterSetup.exe

Run hopster then goto proxy input proxy:10.199.212.2 port:8080.
Username & password:web then "OK". Exit hopster from the system tray and re-launch it.

To config ur internet explorer or safari. Config the socks server of ur browser wit 127.0.0.1:1080.
