first go to torproject.org and download tor browser and extract the file
go to click on settings on the tor browser,
click on network
check i use the proxy to access the internet
use 10.199.212.2 on the proxy address
port 80
type: http
check my firewell only lets............
use 80,8080
then goto firefox advanced network settings and check manual configuration
use 127.0.0.1 port 8118 on the address and port
